Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Supervisor to join our team. As a Real Estate Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our real estate department and ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and coordinate the activities of the real estate department.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  3. Supervise and train real estate agents and staff members.
  4. Oversee the process of buying, selling, and leasing properties.
  5. Review and analyze market trends and property values.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations.
  3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  4. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  5. Proven track record of successfully managing a real estate department.
