Job Description

Job purpose Identify and target potential merchants for POS and payment gateway solutions.Generate leads through market research, referrals, and networking., in addition to performing various day to day functions to leverage the portfolio optimization and POS products.Key accountabilities

1. Market Analysis: Identify and target potential Merchants for POS and payment gateway solutions. Generate leads through market research, referrals, and networking. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
2. Product knowledge: Stay updated on the features and capabilities of our POS and payment gateway solutions. Effectively communicate the value proposition and unique selling points.
3. Sales: Negotiate terms and pricing to ensure competitive yet profitable deals. Close sales agreements in a timely and efficient manner.
4. Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Merchants to understand their business requirements. Provide excellent customer service and address any queries or concerns.
5. Follow up: Coordinate with operations team to ensure seamless implementation and Merchant satisfaction.
6. Reports: Provide regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.ÿ
