Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Proposal Development:

Work closely with the technical team to develop tailored proposals for clients.
Ensure proposals align with client needs and highlight the unique value proposition of our wireline services.

Market Intelligence:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
Use market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Contract Negotiation:

Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contract details.

Sales Reporting and Forecasting:

Prepare regular sales reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales forecasts.
Provide senior management with insights into sales performance and market trends.
