Job Description

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their wireline service requirements.
  • Conduct client presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of our wireline services.
Team Leadership:
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor the wireline sales team.
  • Set clear sales targets and provide guidance to team members to achieve and exceed goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Proposal Development:
  • Work closely with the technical team to develop tailored proposals for clients.
  • Ensure proposals align with client needs and highlight the unique value proposition of our wireline services.
Market Intelligence:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Use market intelligence to adjust sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Contract Negotiation:
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contract details.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
  • Prepare regular sales reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales forecasts.
  • Provide senior management with insights into sales performance and market trends.
Customer Satisfaction:
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
  • Foster a customer-centric approach within the sales team.
