Roles & ResponsibilitiesProvide independent technical oversight of, and influence over, EPCC engineering workflows and deliverables quality to ensure their fitness for purpose.Acts as the SF manager?s technical guardian across engineering deliverables, without duplicating EPCC design authority.Review EPCC engineering deliverables and identify problemsEnsure compliance with client standards, project basis, and specsTrack engineering maturity, deliverable quality, and technical riskHarmonize SF technical interfaces across disciplinesAdvise on deviations, concessions, and technical risk exposureEnsure readiness of documents for client approval cyclesMonitor and manage engineering MOCDesired Candidate ProfileHolds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or relevant15+ years oil & gas facilities engineeringCore discipline: piping, mechanical, or processBroad multi-discipline understanding (E&I, civils, layout)High familiarity with EPC deliverables lifecyclesExperience with client approvals, Master Document List, and assuranceGood judgement; able to challenge without re-engineeringGood technical questioning ability to unearth and foresee problemsKuwait based/ transferable visa.
