Manage the operations of the Workshop for the execution of all jobs as per customers? requirements.
Do planning & check on raw materials /spare parts/ consumables for all Jobs.
Able to interface with customers/sales officers and coordinate with a shop on job requirements and execution.
Ability to monitor, control, and report
Have knowledge of SO 9001:2000 in a Workshop/Manufacturing Unit with Analytical & Problem Solving Skills
Prerequisites:
Sufficient knowledge and experience in handling workshops having machining, welding, and assembly operations related to Hydraulics/ Oil field hydraulic equipment?s
Having basic knowledge in hydraulics/electroplating operations would be preferred.??
Review and prepare cost estimation for all Jobs based on Inspection.
Must be a learner and able to adapt to different situations related to the workshop work process.
Ability to develop new processes/ operations based on market conditions.
Energetic and with good initiative and drive with both people and technical skills??
