Job Description

Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities that align with the organizations strategic objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, particularly in the PPP and BOT sectors.
  • Developing and implementing strategies for pursuing new business opportunities, including PPP and BOT projects.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, private sector partners, and local communities.
  • Negotiating and structuring PPP and BOT agreements and contracts.
  • Managing the due diligence process for PPP and BOT projects, including financial, legal, and technical evaluations.
  • Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and laws.
  • Monitoring project progress and making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Keeping current with industry trends and developments in the PPP and BOT sectors.
  • Mentoring and developing team members.ÿ
