The primary objective of the sales coordinator would be to receive orders via various media sources and fulfill order transaction in Oracle/Dynamics 365 and manage customer order scope such as quote, contract, PO, credit, consumption, service and satisfaction.ÿIn addition he/she would also support the Sales Account Manager and the Sales team with market information and prepare insight studies and building /maintaining a customer data base?Learn details about Gulf Cryo medical and industrial gases product and service offerings?Address any questions or issues customers may have?Keep an updated customer database?Helping the sales team by contacting customers for sales, deliveries and arranging appointments?Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when sales teams are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, and arranging delivery dates?Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and Gas deliveries in line with the sales manager?Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time?Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently?Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department
