Job Description

On behalf of our client, who is a premier Italian dining establishment known for its exquisite cuisine and exceptional service, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join the team. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant, providing a memorable dining experience for our guests.Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities to maintain a high standard of service, cleanliness, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate the restaurant staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance and support to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure impeccable customer service by interacting with guests, addressing concerns, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Conduct training sessions for new and existing staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and organized restaurant.
  • Maintain quality standards in food presentation, service, and overall guest experience. Address any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak business hours while optimizing labor costs.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between the front and back of the house.
