Job Description

About the RoleThis is a full-time role for a Quantity Surveyor located in Ahmadi. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the financial and contractual elements of the projects. You will work closely with project manager, project engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed within budgetary constraints and contractual obligations. Your role will involve cost estimation, procurement management, contract administration, and financial reporting.Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in civil engineering
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in with similar role in oil and gas, construction industry.
  • Must have Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership
  • Proficiency in construction cost estimating software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam), MS Excel, and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex cost data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with construction project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Experienced in KNPC, KIPIC, KOC projects with an approval is a plus.
  • Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
