Job Description

About the RoleThis is a full-time role for a QA/QC Engineer located in Ahmadi. As a QA/QC Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring that all project activities adhere to established quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. You will conduct inspections, tests, and audits to verify the quality of work performed by subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams, thereby contributing to the overall successful execution of project.Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
  • Professional certification in quality management (e.g., ISO 9001, 14000) preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the oil and gas construction industry, or environmental projects, with a strong understanding of quality standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in quality management systems, tools, and techniques, as well as relevant software applications.
  • Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary project environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
  • Experience with risk management, root cause analysis, and corrective action methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
  • Experienced in KNPC, KIPIC, KOC projects with an approval is a plus.
  • Must have valid transferrable residency in Kuwait.
