Key Responsibilities:- Oversee all aspects of the underground pipeline project, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule and budget.- Serve as the primary point of contact with KGOC and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, reporting and updates on project progress.- Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient project execution, including labor, materials and equipment.- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management processes to ensure project safety and compliance.- Monitor project expenses, manage budget allocation, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain financial control.- Ensure all project activities adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with KGOC requirements, industry regulations and safety guidelines.- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.- Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as company policies.Qualifications & Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.- Proven experience working on pipeline projects with KNPC.- Minimum of 12 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in the oil & gas industry.- Strong understanding of underground pipeline construction, project management, and safety protocols.- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification is preferred.- Based in Kuwait & Transferable residency.- Can Join Immediately.Interested candidates may send their CVs [update CV and apply online with all details]Please reference the job title in the subject line.
