- Oversee all aspects of the underground pipeline project, ensuring successful delivery in terms of scope, schedule and budget.- Serve as the primary point of contact with KGOC and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications, reporting and updates on project progress.- Plan and allocate resources effectively to ensure efficient project execution, including labor, materials and equipment.- Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement risk management processes to ensure project safety and compliance.- Monitor project expenses, manage budget allocation, and implement cost-saving measures to maintain financial control.- Ensure all project activities adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with KGOC requirements, industry regulations and safety guidelines.- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.- Ensure compliance with all environmental, safety, and regulatory standards, as well as company policies.
