We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Operations Manager to play a pivotal role in the success and growth of our online learning platform. The Operations and Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the platform, as well as developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and retain learners and instructors.Roles and Responsibilities:Operations Management:?˙˙˙Session and Batch Oversight: Manage the scheduling, creation, and maintenance of course sessions and batches to ensure smooth program delivery.?˙˙˙Building Laki+ Structure: Create and build structure for Program for Laki+ and physical program.?˙˙˙Enrollment Management: Oversee the enrollment process, ensuring a user-friendlyexperience for learners, and managing batch capacity.?˙˙˙User Support: Lead the customer support team in addressing user inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely assistance.?˙˙˙Content Management: Collaborate with instructors and content creators to ensure the seamless delivery of course materials and updates.?˙˙˙Data Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to monitor platform performance, learner engagement, and program effectiveness.?˙˙˙User Feedback: Gather user feedback and insights to drive platform improvements and enhancements.
