Oversee daily clinic operations
Develop, implement, and monitor the clinic?s budget
Take inventory, and order necessary supplies and equipment
Hire and train new employees
Create new policies and procedures and ensure they make staff aware of new changes
Supervise staff and complete routine performance reviews

Create the Customer Relation Management procedure and assure its implementation.

Understand the customer?s mindset to suggest service improvement.
Contact customers for updates on the center services, new doctors? visits, and offers.
Build customer relationship and understand why customers keep using the service or decide not to continue.
Understand the competitors services well and compare it with the revive service every three months.
Supervising multi-disciplinary teams of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.
Advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness when needed.
