Shall manage and coordinate with the shift electrical team to complete the planned maintenance related activities.
Co-ordinate with Maintenance electrical engineer and shift electrical technicians for smooth O&M of the facility.
Shall work in day shift as well as on call basis whenever required for electrical maintenance related works.
Coordinate with shift maintenance team for day to day activities and fix electrical related defects on priority basis.
Shall handle power black-out condition and sub-station energizing sequence.
Provides technical guidance and support in troubleshooting and failure analysis of a wide range of electrical equipment in the Plant such as diesel generators, motors, transformers, switchgear, distribution equipment, E-SCADA, control system, etc.
Shall perform the maintenance works in a prudent, reasonable, and efficient manner.
Shall be fully knowledgeable and experienced in preventative, scheduled and breakdown maintenance.
Shall be fully knowledgeable and experienced in substation and switch gear operations and maintenance (11kV, 3.3kV and 440V).
Shall be aware of all kind of electrical testing.
Shall be aware of and knowledge in all kinds of permit to work systems and LOTO procedures.
Responsible for maintaining calibration records and necessary testing apparatus.
Shall be responsible for major repairs and ordering of replacement spares in coordination with vendor representatives.
Responsible for updating and maintaining all electrical equipment maintenance records of the facility.
Ensures that all electrical maintenance services are done safely and efficiently in accordance with the internationally recognized engineering standards.
Responsible for following up and timely completion of preventative maintenance.
Shall coordinate with other discipline supervisors for timely completion of planned works.
