Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner to join our team in the chemical/petrochemical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing maintenance plans and schedules to ensure the reliable operation of plant equipment and machinery. Your extensive experience and strategic approach will be essential in optimizing maintenance activities, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safety and compliance.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans and schedules for plant equipment and systems, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
  • Coordinate with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of maintenance activities.
  • Analyze equipment performance data, failure trends, and maintenance records to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance strategies.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance work orders, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation of maintenance activities.
  • Oversee the procurement and inventory management of spare parts, tools, and maintenance supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness.
