Coordinate with corporate external legal advisor(s) on all legal matters related to Company.
Acts as an authorized legal representative of the company before government agencies.
Represent the company before PAM (Public Authority of Manpower) labor disputes Department.
Liaise with internal corporate clients to ensure proper document compilation in preparation for litigation and/or arbitration proceedings.
Follow up and arrange corporate legal documents such as articles of Associations (AOA), Power of Attorney (POA), and other related documents.
Follow up and execute different corporate court transactions including verdict execution and legal notices.
Review and provide recommendations on different kinds of corporate agreements (JV, Agencies, Subcontracts, Employment, etc.).
Assist in performing court case preparation work such as interviewing witnesses and preparing briefs.
Prepare correspondence with external government and non-government external bodies regarding legal corporate transactions.
Perform other related duties requested by the Executive Manager
