Job Description

  • Coordinates with the Human Resources Manager and Heads of Departments/Sections in the preparation of job vacancy specifications, grading, requirements, and job descriptions and promoting equality and diversity as part of the organization?s culture.
  • Write and post job descriptions on career websites, newspapers, and social media.
  • ˙Liaises with approved recruitment agencies to supply manpower requirements.
  • ˙Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates applicant/candidate CV against job requirements.
  • ˙Conduct phone, Online, and/or in-person interviews.
  • ˙Use recruiting tools like tests and assignments to assess candidates? skills.
  • ˙Prepare Job Offers in both Arabic/English and the native language of the candidate.
  • ˙Develop a pool of qualified candidates and organize a data bank for various positions.
  • ˙Maintains all applications and interview data in the Recruitment Tracking System.
  • ˙Serves as a resource for HR policies, procedures, and practices to supervisors, HR staff, and others.
  • ˙Coordinates with the Administration Team and the Licensing Office for relevant processes for safe boarding of the newly recruited employee.
  • ˙Perform orientations and Induction programs for new staff.
  • ˙Maintain accurate records in the HRMS, ensuring Payroll, Leave Management, and EOS runs through the System.
  • ˙Administer investigations and coordinate with the Legal Department to take corrective action.
  • ˙Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreement.
  • ˙Prepare ad-hoc reports on projects as needed
  • ˙To Comply with any other assignment given by the Direct Manager.
