Job Description

We are seeking an Electrical Sales Engineer with thorough knowledge on Industrial Electrical Products/Devices including electrical heat tracing system, switch gears, distribution boards, junction boxes, lighting system, UPS, power systems and cables.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The primary function of the Electrical Sales Engineer is to sell assigned product lines, relating to industrial electrical products/devices, to targeted customers.
  • Handle existing customers and generate new clients.
  • Develops new sales opportunities and addresses the complex needs of customers.
  • Communicate project status to all relevant parties & develop sales strategies to close orders.
  • Organize and conduct meetings with clients.
  • Prepare customer presentations to promote assigned electrical product lines.
  • Respond to inquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Prepare and submit technical and commercial project bids.
  • Monitor open techno-commercial bids and quotations.
  • Review project technical and commercial specifications.
  • Attend trade shows, marketing events, and product trainings when needed.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of Technical Sales experience (Kuwait) in Industrial Electrical Products
  • Sales Experience with Oil and Gas companies in Kuwait, including: KOC, KNPC, EQUATE, PIC, KGOC/KJO, and KIPIC.
  • Bachelors Degree (4 years) in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
