i)Corrosion Engineer shall be capable to handle basic functions including, but not limited to the following:-Studies, monitors and reports on environmental conditions in the Refinery that cause the deterioration of metal by corrosion or a combination of corrosion and other adverse factor and recommends solutions.Coordinates corrosion control activities with Operations, Maintenance /Engineering and Consultants representatives.Shall be conversant with latest API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, TEMA, NACE codes / standards.Experience in RBI methodology is preferred.ii)Corrosion Engineer served for KNPC more than 10 years may be considered as Corrosion Engineer (A) based on performance.iii)Corrosion Engineer served for KNPC between 05-10 years may be considered as Corrosion Engineer (B) based on performance.iv)Corrosion Engineer served for KNPC less than 05 years shall be considered as Corrosion Engineer (C).
