Provide operational assistance and support to key staff involved in the HSE establishment and encourage pro-active conformance to the requirements of the international standards
Promote encourage all personnel to strive for establishing adequate and effective controls across the organization.
Regularly review the status of HSE system and ensure that all employees are aware of the system, are involved in the system, and contribute for the improvement of the system
Ensure compliance to ISO standard requirements and monitor continual improvement of the established system, through regular management reviews, internal audits, risk assessments, HSE performance audits etc.
Ensure adequate training and awareness on environment systems and occupational, health and safety systems to all employees of the organization including site safety officers, and contractors assigned from time to time
Support and compliance of company IMS Policy to percolate understanding and implementation of policy at all levels and functions
Ensure team members working in HSE organization are adequately provided training on HSE awareness, technical risk assessment techniques, safety talks internal audits, etc., on a regular basis.
Overall supervision of HSE internal audits and closing of non-conformities for closure
Chair periodic management reviews in absence of Managing Director and participate in such review with HSE statistical data
Communicate with external HSE consultants and third party certification body selected for HSE certifications
Ensure entire team adhere IMS Objectives and Standards
Monitor progress of effective HSE implementation through various channels and allocate resources required from time to time
