Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and issuing Contract correspondence
  • Preparation, monitoring and updating of Variation schedule
  • Preparation and review of Order of Costs
  • Materials on Site assessments and reconciliation
  • Financial Reporting
  • Liaison with Consulting Engineer and Employer?s Representatives wherever required
  • Review of Contractor?s Cost Proposals.
  • Agreement of Re-measurement methods
  • Payment Recommendation of Monthly Statements/valuations
  • Preparation of all Agreed Value Valuation (AVV) documentation
Salary bracket ? KD 1800 ? KD 2000
