Contributes toward the development and implementation of accounting and control policies and procedures;
Assists in development and implementation of goals, policies, priorities, and procedures relating to financial accounting, budget, and management reporting,
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; assists in preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Prepares payments and accounting documents by verifying documentation.Prepares any ad hock reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
Periodically summarizes all petty cash floats and expenses across the company and assist in verification
Coordinates internally with group accounting teams and subsidiaries.
Undertakes general administrative duties (i.e. general word processing, filing scheduling, , data entry, copying and emailing, ordering of equipment, materials and office supplies, billing and partnering with Accounting as needed etc.);
Performs other duties that may be assigned.
