Job Description

  • Responsible for petty cash.
  • Enters all expenses in the system for monthly closing.
  • Reconciliation for all receipts in banks.
  • Record collections from customers.
  • Preparation of customer invoices.
  • Preparation of debtors statement, ageing analysis and its reconciliation.
  • Follow up on the receivables.
  • Coordinate with auditors during audit.
