? Deep Knowledge of operating filling machine TBA19 & TBA8E? Knowledge of UHT processing plant & Down line? Operate different machine as per requirement in UHT, Ice cream & Dairy section.? Carried out CIP operation as per procedure.? To take prompt action in case of any machine breakdowns? Mount proper tooling, observe the machines in operation and make adjustments to control the rate of production. ? Minor repairs or performing minor machine maintenance, such as oiling and cleaning.? Online product quality check.? Able to fill on line parameter of machine, Filling & Packing log sheet.? Monitor performance to production schedules & inventory of raw materials packing material & finished goods.? To keep close watch on physical stock of products & Follow FIFO methodology.?
