To help the CFO to direct financial and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.Follow-up budget implementation, oversee the financial operations of corporate and subsidiary companies and prepare variance analysis on a regular basis to the CFO.Oversee the Group?s transaction processing systems and update relevant policies and procedures as necessary.Report, analyse and interpret financial results to the CFOUnderstand and mitigate key elements of the Group?s risk profile.Report risk issues to the CFOReview and attend to all internal audits and external findings and follow-up the same for the corporate office; ensure all pending issues are rectified/resolved on a timely basis.Ensure that standards of quality and quantity of work are met, support the effective and efficient functioning of the company, and support the achievement of company strategic goals and objectives.
