We are looking for Route Sales Supervisor - Home & Offices for Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Dubai, UAE.Job DescriptionThe core purpose for Sales & Service (Distribution) function is to lead a team of sales and delivery personnel while executing exceptional customer service and on target results within the financial budgets set up by the company.The roles involves full responsibility for leading the Sales and Distribution operation of all the 5 Gallon business unit within a defined geographical region of the overall business unit.The expected output is the ensuring of a growing, efficient, cost effective function.Key Responsibilities :- Evaluate and plan sales volume and value opportunities forthe organization across all channels with comparativeassessment of current Brand and Product portfolio.- Monitor Proposals and justification for Sales ResourceRequirements to deliver coverage - as laid out by Service &Distribution Managers.- Ensure new systems, and updated existing systems for:Sales order processes, servicing CRM systems andprocessing systems.- Monitor Proposals and justification for Sales ResourceRequirements to deliver coverage- Manages and monitors that the process of developinggeneral sales and service abilities across all channels throughcontinual training and coaching is carried out as per thereporting line.- Achieving of targets for S&D function, follow up on themonitoring of outlet sales and delivers highest numericdistribution per category, brand.
