Job Description

JOB PURPOSE: To handle the Expense claims of Staff on daily basisKEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Generic Accountability

  • Ensure that work activities are in line with Banks Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs).
  • Expense Claim Processing
  • Coordination with Internal & External stakeholders
  • Respond to queries from Staff
  • Preparation of MIS
  • Contribute to continuous Process improvement
  • Any other activities as assigned by the Supervisor
Job Specific Accountabilities
  • Process staff expense reimbursements within agreed SLAs.
  • Ensure claims settled are as per FAB policy
  • Ensure Turnaround time within agreed SLA
  • Ensure settlement of Corporate Card
QualificationsMinimum Qualification
  • Bachelors degree in Commerce or related discipline.
  • Exposure to Accounts Payable in Oracle preferred.
  • Good communication skills.
Minimum Experience
  • 7 years relevant experience in the banking sector with at least 3 years in similar position.
