Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities and generate leads for pest control services across the UAE.Develop relationships with developers, property management companies, government entities, and commercial clients.Identify and participate in tenders, RFQs, and contract opportunities.Coordinate with operations and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals.Negotiate contracts and achieve sales and profitability targets.Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance reports.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.8?10 years of UAE experience in sales and business development, preferably in pest control or facility management.Proven track record of securing new service contracts.Strong knowledge of the UAE market and established client relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Valid UAE driving licence.
