Roles & ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunities and develop a strong sales pipeline for landscaping services.Build relationships with developers, consultants, property management companies, and commercial clients.Identify and participate in landscaping tenders and RFQs.Coordinate with technical, operations, and estimation teams to prepare competitive proposals.Negotiate commercial terms and secure profitable contracts.Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales forecasts and reports.Desired Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Horticulture, Agriculture, or a related field.8?10 years of UAE experience in sales and business development, preferably in landscaping or facility management.Proven experience in securing landscaping or landscape maintenance contracts.Strong knowledge of the UAE landscaping market and established industry relationships.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Valid UAE driving licence.
