We are looking for a Mechanical Inspector with extensive experience in residential construction projects, including apartments and villa complexes.Role accountabilities:Respect all Arcadis policies and guidelines, including the site supervision manual and health and safety plans, and actively contribute to health, safety, and welfare by identifying and reporting any potential workplace dangers for health and safety.As a Mechanical Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring the mechanical systems of our villa construction project are installed, maintained, and inspected according to industry standards, regulations, and project specifications. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of the project by verifying the quality, safety, and efficiency of the mechanical installations.Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • 8 years post graduate experience
  • Preferably with 6 years minimum experience as a Mechanical Inspector in the UAE residential construction, with focus on villa and apartment buildings project
  • Must be fluent in the English language and the language of the works Contract (spoken and written)
  • Must be able to work proactively within multi-cultural teams.
  • Must work professionally and in an ethical manner whilst representing Arcadis.
  • Candidates must be located in the UAE.
