Job Description

A new exciting opportunity has come up from one of the fastest-growing investment management software solutions provider in the UAE. They are looking for aManaging Director. As the head of the organization, the Managing Director will be tasked with ensuring the companys growth and profitability, creating a positive and productive work environment, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Fintech industry, experience leading a company or division, and a strong track record of success.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth and profitability for the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business development and revenue growth.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the efficient use of resources and effective execution of business plans.
  • Develop and maintain a high-performance culture within the organization, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Provide strong leadership and direction to the team, setting clear objectives and goals, and driving performance.
  • Identify and assess potential risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Build a strong brand for the company and ensure that it is recognized as a leader in the Fintech industry.
  • Work closely with the Board of Directors to provide regular updates on the companys performance and direction.
RequirementsTo be successful for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:ƒ??
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Fintech industry, preferably with investment platform
  • At least 5 years in a senior leadership position.
  • Have worked in a newly set up organization
  • A Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  • Arabic speaker is preferred but not essential for this role.
  • Strong experience in working and managing a Financial Technology company.
  • Strong experience in developing and implementing successful sales and business development strategies.
  • Strong acumen in producing financial technology product inputs (General or Integrated Fintech platform).
  • Proven success in building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, partners, and employees at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions based on data and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve their goals.
  • A strong understanding of technology and software development processes.
