HR GeneralistJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Maintain accurate HR census records (visas, labour cards, EIDs, passports).•Coordinate with PRO and employees for new, renewal, and cancellation of visas, Emirates IDs, and labour cards.•Provide regular HR reports including headcount, QMS, and other workforce data.•Support onboarding activities including Tawjeeh training.•Handle invoice checks, clearances, and reimbursement requests related to visa medicals.•Support HR initiatives, workflows, and documentation of standard operating processes.•Ensure compliance with company policies, QHSE, and labour regulations.•Maintain physical and electronic HR records as per 5S standards.Qualifications & Skills:•Bachelors degree or equivalent diploma.•3–5 years of relevant HR experience.•Arabic speakers with Emirati nationals are preferred.•Strong communication and relationship-building skills.•Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.•High integrity, adaptability, and customer-focused mindset.
