Business Development ExecutiveJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the catering and hospitality sectors.•Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, government entities, and other stakeholders.•Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations tailored to client needs.•Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.•Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.•Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives set by management.•Attend networking events and client meetings to promote company services.•Provide regular reports on business development activities, pipeline, and prospects.•Represent the company professionally and uphold its brand values at all times.Requirements:•Nationality: Emirati (UAE National)•Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field.•Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in catering, F&B, or hospitality is preferred.•Strong knowledge of the UAE catering market and corporate/government client landscape.•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.•Strong networking skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.•Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
