Job Description

Administrative CoordinatorJob Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Coordinate day-to-day activities and information flow between the bank and the Back Office team.•Maintain and update records, reports, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency.•Perform data entry and verification with a strong focus on numerical accuracy.•Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of financial data and operational reports.•Respond promptly to internal and external inquiries related to administrative and transactional matters.•Support the team with various administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and documentation.•Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines in all administrative processes.Qualifications :•Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a financial or banking environment.•Strong numerical and calculation skills with keen attention to detail.•Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel), and comfortable working with spreadsheets and data systems.•Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.•Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
