• Financial due diligence: Develop and present business plans, investor pitches and perform valuations of our Ventures.
• Venture Capital Expertise: Identify, evaluate, and manage fund raising opportunities for our early-stage startups and innovative ventures, fostering a robust network of VCs.
• Capital Raising: Lead efforts to secure funding through various channels, including debt, equity, and partnerships, ensuring the capital structure supports our goals.
• Risk Management: Proactively assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding the companys financial health.
• Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a high-performing finance and venture capital team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
• Stakeholder Relations: Build and nurture strong relationships with venture capitalists, investors, financial institutions, and other key partners to leverage resources and drive success.
