Job Description

Our client, a large manufacturing company, is looking for Delivery Point Coordinator to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Knowledge in MS Excel and MS Word
  • Proactively plans and organizes work-schedules of Delivery / Pre-Delivery teams ensuring sufficient coverage at all times within available resources
  • Schedule deliveries and prepare delivery documentations
  • Contact customers and arrange delivery times
  • Good communication skills
  • Maintaining records of deliveries made and ensures a priority list for deliveries
  • Prepares and submits reports related to delivery operation
RequirementsTo be considered, you need to meet the following requirements:
  • A bachelors degree in related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in this position.
  • With strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
  • Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
