We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant cum Admin Assistant who will handle both accounting duties and administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the business.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee daily accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries as required.Reconcile bank statements and manage company expenses.Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Maintain accurate records of VAT transactions and ensure timely submission of VAT returns.Prepare and review Bills of Quantities for construction and project-related activities.Prepare and review quotations for goods and services, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Perform administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining office supplies.Coordinate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial data.Provide support to the management team with various administrative tasks and special projects.Working Knowledge in VAT and BOQ, Quotation Preparation.Qualifications:Fluent in Tagalog, with strong communication skills in English.Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role, preferably within the UAE.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and practices is an advantage.
