Our services include renting audiovisual (AV) and lighting equipment, as well as offering top-tier production and fabrication solutions. We are seeking a dynamic Client Services / Account Director with a background in media or Events to create and deliver exceptional strategies and projects for our clients.Job Purpose:The Account Director will play a critical role in managing and nurturing client relationships, developing strategic plans, and coordinating projects to ensure successful project execution. This individual will act as a trusted advisor to our clients, aligning their business objectives with our event solutions to drive mutual success.Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions and keep the company ahead of industry trends.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive event strategies that align with clients business objectives, utilizing industry insights and innovative approaches.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of events, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Budget Management: Create and manage budgets for client projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and secure new business, contributing to the companys growth.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the success of events, providing detailed reports and actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the smooth execution of events.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, client services, or event planning, preferably within the events or Media industry.
  • Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE.
  • Arabic Speaker due to nature of clients
  • Driving License UAE
