Selects all the technical characteristics required from the governmental bodies and controls the acquisition of all necessary details, such as prior tenders and prices, so as to develop the tender according to client?s specifications and terms.-?????? Preparing all documentation required for the tenders.-?????? Coordinates with all relevant parts, e.g. manufacturing and supply chain, and ensures that all terms of the offer are accurately followed and executed, so as to meet tender agreements and protect the company from potential non-compliance penalties.-?????? Ensures that all clients are informed on delivery process execution or for any potential delay in the delivery of products, so as to avoid penalties due to incompliance to legal terms and to protect the corporate image and reputation.-?????? Follows-up that all invoices and payments are sent and executed according to plan, and communicates with clients in case of discrepancies, in order to ensure the collection of payments due and support the cash flow of the company.-?????? Builds strong relationships with the governmental bodies? officers, in order to identify needs and handle requests, so as to enhance the possibility of future tender wins and increase the vertical growth of each account.
