Job Description

Job Purpose:?As part of the Human Resources, Compensation and Benefits function: maintain, follow-up and ensure the service level provided to TBTD employees by the insurance provider(s) inline with the company?s medical services policies & procedures.?Accountabilities:?

  • Medical data collection and analysis & reporting of collated data
  • Report data and day to day inquiries to the benefits management team
  • Assist in coordination on-site medical support/services
  • Assist in Insurance company provider?s administration work (filing, reporting any other administrative requirements)
  • Medical service provider monthly/quarterly reports
  • New additions to process, cancellations & refunds
  • New cards distribution
  • Coordinate employee approval requests, escalations and non-standard inquiries with the service provider
  • Ensure employee satisfaction with the service provider?s benefits and report valid complaints/suggestions to their relevant areas
  • Follow up and report the performance of the medical provider and make sure service is well provided for TBTD employees? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ??
