Halwani Bros. Egypt is Hiring Projects Manager.Responsibilities:- Handling and supervision civil, new machinery and electromechanical projects through design phases to biding phase until contracting phase, then executing phase.- Ensure a successful completion of the project within the budget and on time.- Plan and schedule of all major activities of the project to achieve timely completion of the project.- Ensure successful achievement of project mission statement and targets and be responsible for all day to day activities.- Ensure fully coordination with HB concerned Departments to achieve all technical and commercial targets.-Ensure achieving fully implementation of all food safety and sanitary design requirements in infrastructure and machinery.- Fully responsible for all contractual issues related to the day to day running of the project.-Ensure the timely submission of all projects submissions and obtaining approvals ( Design details, work procedure, project schedule)-prepare the required feasibility study of each project with co-operation with finance team.-Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements with consultants, suppliers.- Obtain all necessary permits, and licenses to make sure there are no penalties to company.
