?Develop the budget, annual strategic and programmes plans of the department in line with the company strategy.Set & evaluate department KPIs.?SWAT analysis and resource planning (recruit, motivate, organize training and manage new staff).Train to the new staff and implements knowledge transfer program.Develop second line and ensure for the same for subordinate.Lead the development of work instructions, process training, and supervision of daily operations.In coordination with maintenance management, assist with scheduling of all production equipment maintenance activities based upon customer delivery requirements and production schedules.Identify, develop, and implement strategies to meet and exceed production targets.Lead daily production meetings to communicate goals and provide feedback on overall team performance.Maintain and update on system reporting.Maintain compliance with all company policies and Health, Safety, and Environmental regulatory requirementsImplementing the production plan as set by the planning department.Ensure safety and quality of staff, machinery and product inside the plant. ?Evaluate operations activities and make recommendations for improvements.Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, efficiency, reliability and waste reduction.? (Six sigma, 5S and Kaizen).Optimization of resources.Responsible of QA/QC activities.Manage the procurement activities.Oversee the maintenance activities of machinery and premises.Prepare and submit, daily, weekly and monthly reports.Any other job-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.?
