We provide customers with the peace of mind needed to reliably and efficiently improve their operations.Partner with the bestAs a Reservoir Production Enhancement Specialist, you will be contributing your production technology expertise to multi-disciplinary projects.As a Senior Production Technologist, you will be responsible for:Providing production technology consultancy services to the client and product line teams in the areas of formation damage evaluation, completions, production optimization, acid and hydraulic fracture treatment, matrix stimulation, well testing, artificial lift systems, sand control, and other production apparent technologies.Performing production analysis, and optimize production under surface and reservoir constraintsHaving Production enhancement experience including well screening and recommend the optimum intervention operation to increase productionAdvising clients on petroleum engineering/production technology matters and provides solutions with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Conducting Integrated Asset Modelling with network modelling and recommend the optimum operating conditions.Focusing on clients with excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively between client, product lines and RTS region team.Conducting Technical presentation and generate reports. Represents RTS and the company in outside technical forums.Building your customer network and relations; and will be accountable to achieve your sales quote on monthly basisFuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:Have a Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Petroleum Engineering or ScienceHave 10+ years of proven experience in production/industrial engineeringBe comfortable visiting the customer and prospecting your way through including cold callsHave familiarity with production technology software including PETEX, Netool, OLGA, WellCat, ScaleChem, Kappa and etc.Be able to travel at short notice.Work in a way that works for youWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
