Job Description

Our ClientA large scale real estate development project in Saudi Arabia have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Project Accounting Manager to join their team.Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinate preparation and detailed review of all stakeholder reporting of all construction related capital expenditure
  • Collaborate closely with the wider finance team, commercial and development teams to ensure accurate and timely financial management of projects and related contracts within the business
  • Prepare periodic reports for management and the concerned stakeholders or investors to communicate the progress and recommendations
  • Contribute proactively to continuous improvement of organizations accounting, and reconciliation processes and standards.
  • Prepare and review internal management reporting (monthly/quarterly) and re-forecasting against budget
Your Qualifications
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA) with a Big 4 background is preferred
  • At least 7 years experience in the construction/real estate development sectors
  • Strong knowledge and experience with project accounting and IFRS
  • Experience using a project-based ERP solution (SAP, Oracle etc)
  • Excellent communication skills is essential
