Job Description

Our ClientA large scale real estate development project in Saudi Arabia have an exciting newly created opportunity for a Project Accounting Analyst to join their team.Your Responsibilities

  • Preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasting, including variance analysis and mitigation strategies of the project construction related capital expenditure
  • Preparation of all stakeholder reporting of all construction related capital expenditures and variance analysis incl. mitigation strategies
  • Measurement of all Budget expenditures related to the project involving construction related capital expenditure
  • Preparation of reports to assess the costs and budget forecasts by month and by project
  • Data capture and analysis of the KPIs and the performance measures for the team that are cascaded down the group to ensure alignment with the corporate strategy & to drive clarity for teams performance.
  • Prepare periodic reports relevant to management and the concerned stakeholders or investors to communicate the progress and recommendations.
Your Qualifications
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA/CPA/ACCA/CIMA) with a Big 4 background is preferred
  • Experience in construction/real estate development sectors is essential
  • Strong knowledge and experience with project accounting and IFRS
  • Experience using a project-based ERP solution (SAP, Oracle etc)
  • Excellent communication skills is essential
