MS Windows IIS Admin SupportSaudi Arabia Job ID: 40919Location:Riyadh (onsite)Excellent communication and conversation skills (Verbal and Written)Responsible for resolving all technical incidents escalated by the L-1 teamProduction Support: handle inquiries and resolve issuesDetermine gaps in procedures/processes and come up with suggestions/recommendation for process improvementPerform other related duties as assigned from time to timeBachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered).High interpersonal skills and communication skills both written and oralBasic level of Arabic communication skillsExpertise in Installation and configuration of IIS 6.0/7.0/7.5/8.0/8.5/10.Good experience in troubleshooting IIS issues using IIS Manager, task manager, all types of Windows server related issues and web applications.Proficient in deploying ASP.NET web applications on IIS servers using tools and manually.Install and configure websites, virtual directories, and application pools.Good experience in SSL configuration on IIS like CSR creation, SSL certificates installation and renewal of expired certificates and import/export of SSL certificates.Provide support and disaster recovery services for windows servers.Monitor system performance and diagnose IIS issues using performance monitor.Migrate applications from 2003 and 2008 to 2012, 2016 and 2019 servers and decommissioned end of life serversGood experience in HP quality Centre, HP Service Manager, Service now, Jira tools for resolving incidents.Good knowledge on F5 load balancer.Prepare clear documentationExpertise in Incident, Release, and Change managementTroubleshooting of Sev1, Sev2 and Sev3 incidents within SLAs.Handle monthly production releases and perform changes within scheduled timesInstall and configure websites, virtual directories, and application pools.SSL configuration on IIS like CSR creation, SSL certificates installation and renewal of expired certificates and import/export of SSL certificates.Good knowledge in Web sense for blocking and unblocking the URLs on proxy servers.Scripting knowledge in Microsoft PowerShell, Python and worked on multiple automation tasks.Work on Change records (SCR/TCR/MCR) through Service Now processing Tool and Planning using JiraTroubleshoot production outages and preparing RCA documents for P1 and P2 problem management tickets.Support project handover, production releases and Go-live activities.Created daily reports to client for awareness of environmental consistency.Coordinate with end users, developers, and vendor for problem resolutionPerformance Monitoring and Tuning, Controlling Memory Leaks.Handle Production Environment Issues Calls and Tickets and providing Quick Resolution.Managing Web servers and troubleshooting the .NET applications through Advanced IIS tracing techniques.Incident/Problem Review calls are joined and provide the analysis of the issue and its prevention steps that are supposed to be taken.Analyze Activity log files and diagnosing Application Server problems.Troubleshoot problems related with web server/app server configuration issues and performance issues.Friendly, approachable, and collaborativeTeam spirit / Problem solving attitude / Good communication skillsExcellent relationship and stakeholder management skills across teams and upwards throughout organisationsAbility to positively influence colleagues to deliver objectivesExcellent written communications skillsExtensive technical knowledge on Middleware Technologies (WebSphere MQ, Websphere Application Server, JBoss EAP, JBoss EWS ).
