Job Profile Summary:The position involves configuring and implementing technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients acquired or outsourced technology and business process solutions within the Managed Security Services Division. Directly collaborating with clients is essential to oversee initial entry, data mapping and transfer, process documentation, and coordination of training for client users. The individual is also responsible for testing and resolving functionality issues of installed systems, documenting technical problems for escalation to product and system integration teams. Feedback based on client experiences is provided to product and professional services teams to drive enhancements in products and processes. The role may entail either on-site client support or remote installation assistance.Managed Security Services Delivery Architects are accountable for ensuring comprehensive coverage of services throughout complex transition and transformation projects and achieving successful delivery in line with the capabilities of The Companys Managed Security Services and other relevant parties. This role encompasses participation in early Sales Engagement, Service Design, and Service Transition processes.Key Roles and Responsibilities:Pre-Sales:- Participate in intricate deals during the pre-sales phase, offering service design consultancy.- Assess the commercial proposal and SoW to identify any inconsistencies or misalignments with the delivery capabilities of The Companys Managed Services.Service Design:- Define the strategy for assuming service responsibility, with emphasis on:- Identifying existing service challenges with the current service provider.- Determining the crucial service aspects to be gathered during the due diligence process.- Establishing the strategy for knowledge transfer.- Defining quality acceptance criteria for the service transition.- Ensure customer expectations are met and aligned with The Companys Managed Security Services capabilities, including Monitoring, Patching, and Backup solutions.- Adjust standard processes, when necessary, to accommodate customer requirements while remaining within The Companys service delivery capabilities.Service Transition:- Gain an understanding of the customers vital business functions and how The Companys assets underpin them.- Ensure widespread awareness and comprehension of customer business processes and end-to-end services throughout the project lifecycle within the organization.- Document the service model, which may include:- Identifying existing service challenges with the current service provider.- Defining the necessary service aspects to be gathered during the due diligence process.- Establishing the strategy for knowledge transfer.- Defining quality acceptance criteria for the service transition.- Produce the Service Design Document, a pivotal project deliverable outlining service aspects and processes.Knowledge, Skills, and Attributes:- Ability to adhere to best practices in complex environments and meet demanding time constraints.- Capacity to perform effectively under pressure.- Excellent relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders.- Strong communication and presentation abilities.- Demonstrated conceptual knowledge of relevant technologies.- Extensive experience within similar Managed Security environments, preferably with previous SOC Architecture exposre- Deep understanding of and experience with current cybersecurity tools, services and best practicesAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:- Bachelors degree or equivalent.- ITIL certifications.- Applicable industry/ cyber security technical certifications.
