This involves analyzing market trends, financial projections, regulatory requirements, and risk assessments.Project Planning: Collaborating with stakeholders, such as architects, engineers, and consultants, to develop project plans based on the outcomes of feasibility studies. This includes defining project goals, establishing timelines, allocating resources, and identifying potential challenges or constraints.Financial Analysis: Evaluating financial aspects of projects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial modeling.Market Research: Staying up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging opportunities in the property and construction sector.Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring projects comply with relevant regulations, permits, and licensing requirements. You will work closely with legal and compliance teams to navigate regulatory frameworks and obtain necessary approvals throughout the project lifecycle.Team Management: Leading a team of professionals involved in feasibility studies and project development. You will provide guidance, delegate tasks, foster collaboration, and ensure effective communication among team members.Stakeholder Engagement: Engaging with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies, investors, community members, and project partners.
