Job Description

We are looking for a passionate marketer and business development professional. We are aiming for someone who has a good network in the Omani market who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts and has an ability to work through different models and planning the growth and success of the organization. The successful professional should build and maintain successful relationships with prospects and existing clients, collaborate with executives on business strategy to determine objectives, evaluate current business performance and maximize business reach and potential.Responsibilities and Duties:?

  • Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and needs
  • Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
  • Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
